Members of the Youth Wing of the Bharatiya Janata Party on Monday staged a demonstration in front of the Chinnappa Poonga here urging the state government to fill posts of teaching faculties lying vacant in Government arts and science colleges across the State. Led by Puratchi Kavidasan, State secretary of the Youth Wing of the party, they raised slogans in support of their demand.
Deepan Ilangovan, district secretary, said the delay in filling the posts would hamper the educational career of students.
