Fair promises entertainment for students

Competitions for school and college students and play activities for children will form part of the FATIA Fair 2016 at Parimalam Mahal for four days from May 29.

Dance, elocution, singing and fancy dress competitions will be conducted for those who register their names beforehand over phone: 9500268006 / 94433 64966, with the coordinator Ramesh. Likewise, play activities including boating, jumping, 3D show, and ghost house will be conducted for children. There will also be a free medical camp for the visitors, said N. Sivanesan, president of FATIA (Federation of All Trade and Industries’ Association) of Erode district.The Fair featuring products pertaining to agriculture, medical, food, and construction sectors; computer, auto, electrical, and electronic components, garments, and all kinds of home needs, besides footwear, air conditioners and security cameras will be open from 10.30 a.m. to 8.30 p.m.

There will be music and dance programmes in the evenings. On May 29, there will be a discourse on 'Seiyum Thozhile Deivam' by Nellai Kannan.

The exhibition will be inaugurated on Friday by M.C. Robin, proprietor of MCR. Chairman of Hindu Kalvi Nilayam Group of Institutions K.K. Balusamy, will be present.
