The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam's youth wing on Wednesday organised demonstrations all over the State, criticising All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam general secretary Jayalalithaa for, what it called, seeking to prolong the disproportionate assets case.

M.K. Stalin, DMK treasurer and the party youth wing secretary, in a statement, thanked all participants including the youth wing functionaries and district-level party office-bearers for making the agitation a success.

None of the Ministers participated in the demonstrations.

Ms. Jayalalithaa had earlier charged that the agitation was an attempt to intimidate the judiciary.
