The entire process of socio economic caste census (SECC) is expected to be over by June, according to Municipal Administration and Rural Development Minister K.P. Munusamy.

Participating in a debate on the demands for grants of his departments, Mr. Munusamy told the Assembly recently that preparatory works relating to the SECC began in December 2011.
