Bail for three in pipe bomb case

The Madras High Court bench on Thursday granted bail to three persons arrested in connection with planting of a pipe bomb near Thirumangalam in Madurai district to assassinate BJP leader L.K. Advani during his visit to Madurai in October 2011.

Justice R. Mala granted bail to Syed Sahabbudhin, Musthafa and Darvish Mohideen, who were accused of attempt to murder, conspiracy and offences under the Explosive Substances Act.
