Application forms for unemployment dole are being issued at the District Employment Exchange in Ariyalur.
According to an official release, those who have failed or passed in SSLC and registered with the employment exchange on or before December 31,2007 and the other unemployed persons till date are eligible for the dole. Besides, those who have passed higher secondary exams or graduated are eligible.
Important among the conditions are that they should have renewed their employment registration without fail. In case of SC/ST candidates, the maximum age for application is 45 and for others it is 40. They should not be earning anything through self-employment. The filled-in applications would be received up to February 28,2013. For collecting the application forms, the candidates should produce their school or college certificates, transfer certificate and employment registration card.
