Ahead of summer, Edappadi reviews drinking water needs

Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami in Tuesday chaired a meeting in the Secretariat to review works to be undertaken regarding the drinking water needs of the State ahead of summer.

A presentation regarding the rainfall deficit registered in all districts and the districts that needed more supply of drinking water was highlighted at the meeting.

Deputy Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam, Municipal Administration Minister S. P. Velumani, senior Ministers, Chief Secretary Girija Vaidyanathan and other senior officials were present in the meeting.
