The district administration has asked interested persons to apply as agents for distribution of Aavin milk and milk products across the district on commission basis.
District Collector V. Dakshinamoorthy, in a press release here, said that agents were required in Namakkal, Rasipuram, Paramathi Velur, Tiruchengode, and Senthamangalam.
The release said that milk, milk powder, butter milk, ghee, ice-cream, mysurpa, palkova, and other products are sold by Aavin at affordable cost.
Agents would be appointed in residential areas, and at parlours located along the Namakkal – Karur National Highway. Agents were needed for distributing the products in schools, colleges, canteens, and in hostels. They can receive bulk orders from marriage halls, and for functions in houses, the release added.
Applications should be submitted at the following places: Namakkal (phone: 73737-04822), Rasipuram (73737-04820), Tiruchengode, Pallipalayam and Kumarapalayam (73737-04821).
