4 held for misusing credit card

Four software professionals who allegedly purchased saris from a textile store here misusing credit card data were arrested by the Central Crime Branch police on Friday.

The fraud caused a loss of Rs. 17.71 lakh to the store located at T. Nagar.

The arrested were A. Peter (29), a Marine Engineer who worked as a team leader in an IT firm till recently, and his associates V. Kaviarasu (27) and S.K. Yuvaraj (27).
