TADA court grants bail to JKLF chief

A TADA court on Saturday granted bail to JKLF chief Yasin Malik in a 1987 case.

“Mr. Malik appeared for a hearing before a TADA [Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act] court on Saturday. He was released in an open court later,” said a JKLF spokesman.

Mr. Malik hadbeen under arrest since May 25, following his campaigns against the proposed move to set up separate colonies for Pandits and ex-soldiers in the State.
