Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy on Saturday told the special court hearing the 2G spectrum cases that he intended filing a complaint on the Aircel-Maxis deal.

Another complaint filed by him against the former Telecom Minister, A. Raja, has already been proceeding in the court.

Dr. Swamy told Special Judge O. P. Saini that his additional complaint on the Aircel-Maxis deal was different from the matter under CBI probe; it would be “something related to the Foreign Investment Promotion Board.”

Dr. Swamy, who had sought adjournment on the last date of hearing in May, again sought adjournment.

He said his appeal against Mr. Saini's order, dismissing his plea to summon Union Home Minister P. Chidambaram as a co-accused in his case against Mr. Raja, was pending in the Supreme Court, and he was awaiting its order.

Mr. Saini has now posted hearing of Dr. Swamy's original complaint to August 25.

Dr.S.Swamy once was a star-academician in the best university like the Harvard. And later,he opted for politics to devote himself in the public service. And he was fortunate enough to as the political leader of his own identity.Dr. Swamy served as the minister in the past.He is a resourceful public figure, and is capable to represent peoples grievances in the parliament for solutions.Dr.Swamy is a countable public figure, and is well known to the political circle as the valiant crusader against the white-collar corruption.Dr.Swamy is a learned and a honest leader, but he is not free from controversy as aired in public media for his caustic remarks. However, spirited Dr.S.Swamy being the believer of constitutional politics, has much contribution to the working and the nurturing of democratic governments in India. We wish him all success and long life,to serve the common people better.Dr.Swamy is courageous enough to face any challenge for the people.

The controversial and conspiratorial 'First-Come-First-Served' policy in 2G Spectrum was initiated by BJP with which Dr.Subramaniam Swamy is bent over backwards to merge his Janata Party now. The FCFS blunder was continued faithfully by UPA headed by an eminent economist Mr.Manmohan Sigh. Thus the seeds of corruption were sown by BJP and the plant was nourished by Indian National Congress. Mr.A.Raja was a junior cabinet minister and an amateur in Delhi politics who could not have superseded all the ministries concerned. If at all Dr.Swamy is true to his conscience he would have demanded a comprehensive inquiry, review and auctioning a precious natural resource. Instead he is particular about his political foes in Tamil Nadu. The CBI too has submitted only an edited version of Raida tapes in the Supreme Court. Selected approach towards corruption is more corruptible than corruption itself.
