Suspected Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh terrorist held

In a joint operation the Bangalore Internal Security Division, Davangere District Police and the Assam Police have arrested a suspected terrorist involved in more than two bomb blast cases in Assam and West Bangal at Kattige village in Honnalli taluk of Davangere district.

The suspected terrorist has been identified as Palbur Hussain belonging to Jamaat­ul­Mujahidden Bangladesh (JMB) outfit of Bangladesh. The suspect was working as lorry driver in the village. The police have taken him to custody
