Sudanese national killed, Pune blast toll rises to 12

A Sudanese student, who was injured in the Pune blast has died, taking the toll in the terror attack to 12.

The 26-year-old Sudanese student Amjad Elgazoli, who was studying at Wadia college here, died last night in Inlak Budhrani hospital, hospital sources said today.

He is the third foreigner to be killed in the February 13 blast. Nadia Macerini, an Italian woman, and Iranian national Sayyed Syed Khani were killed in the blast.

Over 50 people, including 11 foreigners, were injured in the blast that took place at the German Bakery here.
