Six policemen injured in Allahabad riot

Six policemen were injured as people blocked traffic and threw stones after four members of a family were run over by a private bus at Karchana in Allahabad district on Wednesday. The protesters tried to set the Karchana police station ablaze.

Ram Bahadur, 32, his wife Rajpati, 30, and two children, aged seven and five, were killed when a private bus hit their motorcycle near Barampuri Morh in Allahabad.
