Following the recent successes of security agencies in nabbing some of the most wanted terrorists, Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde on Monday said India would soon nab another most wanted and underworld don Dawood Ibrahim who masterminded the Bombay serial blasts of 1993.

“We will bring [terrorists] one by one. All will come... just wait,” Mr. Shinde told journalists here when asked about Dawood Ibrahim, who India says is hiding in Pakistan with the full backing of the ISI. He has also been declared a “global terrorist” by the U.S.

Apart from Indian Mujahideen co-founder Yasin Bhatkal, the recent high-profile arrests during Mr. Shinde’s tenure include Abdul Karim Tunda, Sayed Zabiuddin Ansari alias Abu Jundal, and Fasih Mahmood.

Last week, Mr. Shinde said in the Lok Sabha that Dawood Ibrahim and Jamaat-ud-Dawah chief Hafiz Saeed were in Pakistan and that India had asked Pakistan to extradite them so that they can be tried in various terror cases in India. The Home Minister had also raised the issue at the Interpol’s global conference in Rome late last year.
