It's already there...You can donate online in to Prime Minister's National Relief Fund website...Check it..

It is very difficult to find the channels to specifically contribute to
this cause. I am sure by now the financial infrastructure for online
payments should have been set up already. It will be great if leading
dailies like your give the link for contribution in all your article
related to this. so that your readers can contribute conveniently.
