Ratan Tata's reply to Rajeev Chandrasekhar's open letter - full text

On December 7, 2010, Rajeev Chandrasekhar, an independent Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) representing Karnataka and Bangalore Urban District wrote an open letter to Ratan Tata, Chairman, Tata Sons on the controversies surrounding the allocation of 2G spectrum and connected issues. Mr. Ratan Tata responded with a detailed reply. The full text of both documents are presented here, along with a rejoinder issued by Tata Teleservices Limited to Mr. Chandrasekhar, who is a former president of the Cellular Operators Association of India.
