Home Minister Rajnath Singh was on admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) here on Wednesday night with complaints of pain in his lower abdomen, sources close to him said.
“Mr. Singh, 63, has been admitted in the Gastroenterology department of the AIIMS at around 8.30 p.m. and is under observation,” they said.
“Mr. Singh would be in parliament tomorrow, so tests are being carried out at night to save time and to cause minimum inconvenience to the common people,” said the sources.
