Former corporate lobbyist Niira Radia, a Central Bureau of Investigation prosecution witness in the 2G spectrum allocation scam, is likely to appear before a special court here on May 28 to depose in the case.

The CBI on Thursday submitted before Special CBI Judge O. P. Saini its list of prosecution witnesses to be called for recording of their statements before the court.

Ms. Radia’s evidence is slated for May 28.

Ms. Radia was earlier scheduled to appear in court to testify on December 5 last year but had sought three months time on medical grounds.

In her statement to the CBI, she had alleged that Swan Telecom was not eligible for UAS licenses.
