Police custody of the former Goa Tourism Minister, Mickky Pacheco, in the case of the death of his friend Nadia Torrado, was extended by four more days by a court at Margao on Friday.

As the Assembly is to meet on Monday, the court granted the NCP MLA permission to attend the House. Sonia Torrado, mother of the deceased, who was arrested on Thursday for alleged destruction of evidence, was remanded to seven days of police custody.
