Two more arrested in Dulhera gangrape case

Two more persons have been arrested in connection with the gangrape of a woman in Dulhera in the district, police said on Tuesday.

With the arrest of Ahsan and Chotu on Monday, the total number of people arrested in the case has climbed to eight, they said.

Three of the accused are on the run.

The incident took place on June 4 when the victim was on her way to Dulhera from Shahpur village. She was allegedly abducted by the accused who took her to a nearby graveyard and gangraped her. The woman was found at the site and taken to a hospital, according to police.
