Tejpal case: judge offers to recuse himself

Additional Sessions Judge Pramod V. Kamat on Tuesday offered to recuse himself from hearing the case of Tehelka co-founder Tarun Tejpal, accused of raping a journalist. He disclosed that he had a role in appointing the government lawyers in the case, both in Goa courts as well as in the Supreme Court.
