Sena objects to Anna accepting Pakistan invite

Taking a firm stand against social activist Anna Hazare's acceptance of invitation to visit Pakistan, Shiv Sena on Thursday said that Anna should understand the feelings of terror blast victims in India before accepting such an invitation.

“Anna should have told the Pakistani delegation to first spread awareness in their country to stop Pak-sponsored terrorism and only then come to Hindustan for help,” a statement issued by Shiv Sena spokesperson Sanjay Raut on Thursday stated.

“Anna's social work and anti-corruption tirade are commendable. In fact, Shiv Sena has supported his fight against corruption. But Anna should understand the feelings of all Indians before accepting such an invite,” the statement read.
