Justice Shri Narayan Shukla on Thursday issued the notice on the habeas corpus petition filed by the former Samajwadi Party MLA from Madhya Pradesh, Kishore Samrite, on behalf of the girl and her parents.

‘Set them at liberty'

The petition sought direction to the Congress leader to produce them before the court and set them at liberty.
