Naxals kill civilian in Gadchiroli

Suspected Naxals on Sunday killed a civilian in Gadchiroli district of Maharashtra.

“Zanardan Jhade (45) of Marneli village under Aheri division, was killed by the Naxals on Sunday morning in his village,” informed Gadchiroli police PRO Dharmendra Joshi.

The motive behind the killing is still not known but Gadchiroli police ruled out that Mr.Jhadewas was “a police informer”.

Police have registered an offence in Rajaram Khandala outpost and are carrying out farther investigations, informed the PRO.
