The Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) on Tuesday submitted a copy of its final order on Lavasa and an affidavit in the Bombay High Court.
Additional Solicitor General Darius Khambatta confirmed it. “We have filed the order,” he said.
The Lavasa Corporation Limited had filed a petition in the High Court, challenging the show-cause and stop work notices issued by the MoEF.
The final hearing on the matter is expected on January 27.
