A minor girl was allegedly kidnapped by three men who raped and physically assaulted her in a nearby forest at Ganj Marg here, police said on Wednesday.
The 15-year-old had come with her sibling to attend a marriage ceremony on Friday night, from where she was picked up by the men and taken to a forest area where she was allegedly raped, they said.
The family members launched a search and finally found her in an unconscious state in the forest.
They took her to the police station but the policemen on duty allegedly did not register their complaint.
A complaint was later registered after they approached ASP M.M. Beg and CO Ramanand Kushwaha. An FIR has been registered. PTI
