Lalu predicts heavy blow to BJP in Bihar

RJD chief Lalu Prasad on Sunday scoffed at the leaked poll projections and said the BJP was facing a comprehensive defeat in Bihar.

Speaking to reporters after a gruelling election campaign of over two months, Mr. Prasad said that the BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi doubting the veracity of polling in Bihar, West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh was a clear indication that the BJP had accepted defeat in the election, which would conclude on Monday.

On exit polls, the RJD chief said “ exit poll ka pol khul jaayega [will get exposed] on the day of counting on May 16.
