Keeping up with its endeavour to provide value-added services to passengers and to implement eco-friendly technologies to conserve environment, Konkan Railway has set up a Konkani-cuisine restaurant "Konkan Swaad Katta" at its Ratnagiri station which will serve scrumptious Konkani cuisine to the passengers travelling on Konkan Railway route.
The "Konkan Swaad Katta" will be inaugurated by Minister for Railways Suresh Prabhu at Ratnagiri station on KR route on Sunday at 7 pm. The Minister will also perform Bhoomi Pujan for installing a solar plant at Ratnagiri.
