Khedekar surrenders, gets bail

A local court granted bail on Thursday to Purshottam Khedekar who was booked earlier this week on the charge of inciting communal disharmony through his book ‘Shicrayanchya badnamichi kendre.'

Mr. Khedekar, the founder of the Maratha Seva Sangh, surrendered in court on Thursday and was arrested.

He has been granted bail on a surety of Rs. 15,000.
