Jaswant Singh’s son out of BJP national executive

The BJP on Thursday removed Manvendra Singh, MLA, from the party’s national executive for campaigning for his father, Jaswant Singh, who was expelled from the party after he decided to contest as Independent in the Barmer Lok Sabha constituency.

The party leadership asked the Rajasthan unit to take a call on subsequent action to be taken against Mr. Manvendra Singh for “anti-party activities.”
