The police on Wednesday dug out a cache of ammunition, dating back to the 1965 India-Pakistan war, from the Trota area along the LoC in Jammu district. Over 560 rounds of SLR and 813 rounds of carbine, besides a hand grenade, were found in unusable condition in two boxes. The police were informed of the cache by local residents.
