While four persons died in a compound wall collapse in Kothrud area, three labourers were killed when a two-storey building under repairs came down in Ghorpadi, police and fire brigade said.

One person was electrocuted while he was wading his way through waist-high water in the flash floods in Wadgaon area and a 40-year-old woman was washed away after her slum dwelling collapsed at Varje.
