Hearing of Amit Shah's bail plea put off again

The hearing of the bail application of the former Gujarat Minister of State for Home, Amit Shah, was postponed on Tuesday once again, till August 30.

Shah was arrested on July 25 in the Sohrabuddin-Kausar Bi murder case and applied for bail in the special CBI court. The hearing, scheduled for August 11, was deferred till Tuesday.

It was postponed again as Sohrabuddin's brother, Rubabuddin Sheikh, pleaded before the CBI court that he be heard before Shah's bail application was considered.
