Being an easy- to- use portal, ‘Harsamadhan' would allow registration of grievances on ‘anytime, anywhere basis' , he added stating that effective and timely redressal of public grievances was a hallmark of responsive and responsible governance.

It would be available in Hindi and English and many state-specific provisions had been added to it to make it more people friendly and the officers would be able to monitor the complaints and their redressal.
