Haryana directive on flood safety

A senior Haryana bureaucrat on Sunday directed the officers concerned to complete all kinds of arrangements to avoid dangers of possible floods during the monsoon season before June 30. Haryana’s Additional Chief Secretary Keshni Anand Arora chaired a meeting of the officers of district administration and other departments in Yamunanagar district.

She directed the officers to simultaneously coordinate with the Central Ground Water Board and Meteorological Department.
