The first meeting of the newly constituted Haryana Cabinet will be held under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda here on November 12.

Mr. Hooda, who took oath as Chief Minister of Haryana for the second term on October 25, had expanded his ministry by inducting nine ministers on Saturday.

Meanwhile, the Government has appointed state Congress chief Phool Chand Mullana as Deputy Chairman 20-Point Programme with immediate effect, an official spokesman said here on Sunday.
