Cyclone Hudhud landfall: Odisha helps A.P.

Odisha, which escaped the fury of Cyclone Hudhud, announced on Sunday that it would extend help to districts of neighbouring north Andhra Pradesh. “As Visakhapatnam was terribly devastated, Andhra Pradesh government wanted Odisha to contribute in restoration efforts by deploying skilled manpower and equipment. The State government immediately agreed,” said State Special Relief Commissioner P. K. Mohapatra in Bhubaneswar.
