Code violation case against Modi

A case of violation of the Model Code of Conduct was registered against the BJP leaderNarendra Modi and the Godda Lok Sabha candidate Nishikant Dubey in the district on Monday. Stating this, sub-divisional Magistrate J.J. Samanta said that a sticker with images of Mr. Modi and Mr. Dubey was found pasted on a pole at the Tabha Ghat village under the police station. “The names of the printer and the publisher were missing on the sticker, which are mandatory according to the EC guidelines.
