The anti-corruption bureau of Rajasthan has filed a charge sheet against suspended RAS officer Nishkam Diwakar and three others in an alleged land scam case.
The probe agency has not mentioned the name of former urban development and housing Minister Shanti Dhariwal, who was interrogated in connection with the case, in the 2200-odd pages chargesheet.
Shailendra Garg, proprietor of a construction company, was also named in the charge sheet.
The bureau had booked retired IAS officer G.S. Sandhu, senior RAS officer Diwakar, who was posted as chief executive officer in Basnwara Zila Parishad, last month the alleged illegal land allotment case.
Investigation against Sandhu is pending, according to an ACB official.
Both — RAS officer Diwakar and Garg— are in judicial custody while two others named in the chargesheet, Bheemsen Garg (father of Garg) and Sanjay Bohra (former inspector of cooperative department) are dead.
The charge sheet was submitted in an Anti Corruption Bureau court of Prabhulal Ameta on Friday.
