The former West Bengal Chief Minister, Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee, reiterated the Left Front’s demand for a Central Bureau of Investigation probe into the Saradha scam at a Left Front rally at Chinsurah in Hooghly district on Sunday.
Regarding the Trinamool Congress’s claim that the scam-tainted Saradha Group was set up during the Left Front era in the State, he said: “Often it is said so. That is why I am saying that there should be CBI probe.”
