BJP's Uttar Pradesh unit president K.P. Maurya, who is a front runner for the post of chief minister, has been admitted to the ICU ward of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in New Delhi on Thursday with complaints of low blood pressure and chest pain.
He is doing well and is currently kept under observation, sources said. “He will be kept here for at least 24 hours to monitor his health and if needed conduct some tests. We will look at discharging him on Friday,” said a doctor at the hospital.
