Advocating an amicable solution to issues like abrogation of Article 370, the Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal on Friday advised the Centre to take all political parties into confidence before taking any action on such sensitive matters, an official release said here.

Interacting with reporters on the sidelines of the first day of his “sangat darshan” programme which he resumed after the Lok Sabha polls, with a function at Talwandi Sabo town of Bathinda district, the Chief Minister said that such decisions should not be taken in haste. Mr. Badal, who has been crusading for more autonomy for the States, said that the first decision taken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding the constitution of SIT on black money stashed away abroad proved that he was serious about solving the key issues that plagued the country.
