Twelve people were killed and two others injured when a house on which construction work was going on collapsed in Dulhipur locality in Mughalsarai area on Sunday.
Police and NDRF team were rushed to the spot and rescue operations are underway. The injured were rushed to a hospital where the condition of two of of the injured was stated to be stable.
A compensation of Rs. 30,000 will be given to the family members of the deceased, District Magistrate N.K. Singh said.
