Voices against terrorism do rise from time to time in Pakistan but successive governments in that country have failed to curb the scourge, Home Minister Rajnath Singh said on Saturday.

“I don’t think everyone in Pakistan is a terrorist. Voices against terrorism do rise from time to time in that country too. But the intentions of successive governments in Pakistan regarding terrorism have never been clear,” he told reporters here.

He also showered praise on Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his endeavours on the diplomatic front and the manner he is dealing with Pakistan.
