Corporate lobbyist Niira Radia, a witness in the 2G spectrum allocation case, met Central Bureau of Investigation Director A.P. Singh at its North Block office here on Wednesday.

Though the CBI refused to say anything on the meeting that lasted for nearly 20 minutes, sources in the agency said Ms. Radia had sought an appointment with Mr. Singh. She came with a complaint against a lawyer, who was allegedly trying to blackmail her.

The sources said the CBI was likely to file a second supplementary charge sheet in the case by June-end or in the first few days of July.
