NIA concerns will be addressed: Rajnath

Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, during a visit to the National Investigation Agency (NIA) Headquarters here on Tuesday, assured that all concerns of the agency would soon be addressed.

Mr. Singh interacted with the NIA officers and discussed important administrative issues. He promised all support in strengthening the agency and appreciated the hard work done by the officers.

The Home Minister particularly praised the NIA for investigations into cases reported from the North-East.

NIA Director-General Sharad Kumar and his junior colleagues briefed Mr. Singh on the agency’s functioning.
