"In the past too we have said that we will ensure that the State doesn't suffer and there is a stable government and this remains to be our stand even today," he said.
Taking a pot shot ot the Shiv Sena, Mr. Bhujbal said that it was the Sena that was desperately try to bargain with the BJP to get power.
"They sent their representatives in Delhi to bargain, even in Mumbai they did so. They are the ones who are seen bargaining ever since the poll results were declared," he added. Mr. Bhujbal was answering a query posed by the reporter if the support was a quid pro quo .
