A 36-year-old man was killed by a group of naxalites in Bengunda village in Gadchiroli district, police said on Monday.
Ganesh Katlame was attacked by nearly a dozen extremists with sharp weapons on Sunday night near Laheri in Bhamragarh taluka, suspecting him to be a police informer, they said.
Police rushed to the spot on receiving the information and further investigations are on, they added.
