"May i suggest a 'Gopinath Munde' law that enforces good driving. No mobile phone use, seat belts obligatory, Limit on the number of people seated in a car. No children on a motorbike and maximum of 2 people on a motorbike. Modiji will have to sort out the traffic chaos and unruly and impatient drivers that blight India's roads. Also all road vehicles will have to be road-worthy. He can start by creating a strict and safe law that will enhance the safety of Indian people on the roads. Any violations that lead to death or accidents should be dealt with by heavy fines, vehicle confiscations to even jail terms. May Gopinath Munde rest in peace."

Vida

The media can play a major role in road safety. The transport department can come up with 100 safety driving skills and road safety tips commercials to be telecasted by all channels after every 9 commercials all through the day and night.

Was he wearing the seat belt. The tall political leaders who work for the common good of all should know to take care of their physical safety too.

Indian Roads have become death traps and have the highest no of accidents per 100000 Passenger Miles travelled. Driver education before licensing should be mandatory and driving compliance need to be enforced regardless of who is driving. from VVIP to ordinary mortal. Corruption among traffic enforcement personnel should be eliminated ruthlessly."

Ram

"Condolences to the family of departed soul.Destiny has taken him away from the mortal earth.Being a servant of people, he will join other luminaries in heaven."

"The tragic demise of Shri Gopinath Munde in a road accident involving his car today morning in New Delhi is a huge loss to BJP. As the Prime Minister rightly said his demise leaves a void which would be difficult for the BJP to fill. He was the top leader of BJP in Maharashtra and his stature was bigger than any other BJP-Shiva Sena alliance leaders. It would not be an exaggeration to say that he had the ability to take BJP to power even on its own had the alliance disintegrated in any way in the state."

Ganesh Shenoy

"Sad to know that Mr. Munde is no more. After the sad demise of Mr. Pramod Mahajan he was the great support for BJP and to the family of late Mr. Mahajan. It's so unfortunate to lose two tall leaders within a decade. May Mr.Munde's soul rest in peace. May God give strength to Mr.Munde's family to overcome this difficult time."
